Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders. We trust  UPS to get the goods to you.  Since we are currently handcrafting your bag when you order it. it may take a few days for us to sew and ship. Hopefuly we will be able to build up a bit of inventory, but that's the program for now. We appreciate your patience. Remember, good things come to those who wait.
We ship from the beautiful Pacific Northwest. You will get an email containing your tracking number when your order ships so you can track it from your end.
In an effort to make things easier on you, our wonderful customer, our default shipping protocol is to have the driver leave your package at your door. If this isn’t going to work well for your situation, please let us know via the contact us form after you place your order. I'm sorry for the extra step, we are currently working on adding a notes section to the order processing page.  To avoid you from having to wait by the door for your bag to arrive, we don’t require a signature for retail deliveries, but if the shipper reports that it’s been dropped off, but you say you haven’t gotten it, well, we’re going to have to go with what the shipper tells us. That being said, if you worry that your package may be dropped on the porch, but won’t stay on the porch,
Privacy & Security
We hate spam as much as you do. We collect your contact info to process your order, period. You may opt in to receive our newsletter, and new promotional info if you choose. I suggest doing that, as that is the best way to hear breaking news first. Don’t worry, we hate unnecessary email blasts as much as we hate spam, so we won’t put you through that either. You’ll only hear from us when we’ve got something worth mentioning. We hope you will forward our info on to others, but we will never do that with yours.
Returns & Replacements
RETURNS: Items in unused and original, saleable condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please email us for a Return Authorization and we will email a shipping label to you. Please box it up, preferrably in the original box, attach the label we send, and drop it off at a UPS drop location.   Unfortunately, Return shipping costs are on you, and we will credit your account upon receipt for the purchase price minus the actual return shipping costs of the item being returned.
EXCHANGES: We do not process exchanges, so if you would like to make an exchange, please just purchase the item on our website as an independent purchase, and your first bag purchase price will be credited to your credit card upon receipt.
OUR WARRANTY: We stand behind everything we make, and our warranty reflects that. We offer a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or manufacturing. We will repair or replace any product deemed defective. This, of course, doesn’t cover normal or abnormal wear and tear, which will be determined on our end.
We do our best to keep our website inventory up to date, and get your order processed and shipped the same day. If, for some reason, there is a problem fulfilling your order, you will be emailed immediately. The shipper will send an email containing the tracking number and estimated delivery date when your order ships.

You may have received a promotion code if you saw us at a show. If so, please enter that code at checkout to receive the promotional discount.

Orders may be viewed if you set up an account. You simply log in to gain access to order information.
